Last month our very own Weather took the stage to ignite the High Desert and share the story of our restaurant. She spoke about the various ways we give back to our community. Did you know the profits from our Annual Oro Grande Roundup went into the beautification of our local post office? Giving back to the community is a priority for “The Cow”. Weather and her family intend to stay on that path as they look toward the future. Hoping to work with local farms and incorporate their fresh ingredients into their recipes.
